How do you ensure the safety of live arrivals?
We use industry-leading insulated packaging, heat or cold packs depending on the weather, and overnight shipping to ensure all live animals and plants arrive healthy. We guarantee live arrival on all shipments sent via our priority methods.
What is your return policy for non-living goods?
Dry goods such as enclosures, lighting, and supplements can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unopened packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order ship?
To prioritize the health of our animals, live orders are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Dry goods usually process within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship live animals within the continental United States due to complex export regulations. However, many of our dry goods and non-living supplies can be shipped internationally.
